
PA and Administrative Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a PA and Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the Coverage Director and Manager, as well as local support to team members based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Director's diary, prioritizing and rearranging meetings and calls as needed, and anticipating potential conflicts.
- Provide high-quality PA support, including travel arrangements, client contact, and expense claims processing.
- Coordinate closely with other South Asia Business Support Team members and attend regular meetings to ensure effective collaboration.
- Perform office management tasks, such as maintaining licenses and permits, managing access controls, and coordinating supplier relationships.
- Support conference organization, workshops, lunches, dinners, and receptions throughout the year.
Tech Requirements:
- Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Co-Pilot, TEAMS, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Confident handling video conference technologies (Zoom/TEAMS).
