Human Resource Business Partner @ Gatronova

Gatronova is looking for a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant who will provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and coordination support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring confidentiality and smooth functioning of the Director's office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain confidential records, documents, and files.
  • Assist in business research, data compilation, and preparation of briefing materials.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and ensure the Director's office runs efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as PA/EA to senior management, preferably in a corporate setup.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
