Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled recruiter to join our team and drive end-to-end hiring. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and matching top-quality global talent with the right clients.

About the Role:

This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment best practices across both tech and non-tech roles, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will work directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the company.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and professional networks.
  • Prepare job descriptions as per requirements and publish jobs on job boards.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews using video response platforms.
  • Evaluate a candidate's interview performance and prepare reports for each interviewee.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking systems.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates.
  • Proven success hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Familiarity with global talent markets, especially in outsourcing or remote-first companies.
  • Strong project management, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Lever, Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and Notion preferred.
