Job Description:

We're looking for a highly skilled Prompt Engineer to join our team. This expert will play a key role in shaping the intelligence layer of our vertical AI systems.

You'll be responsible for designing and optimizing high-quality prompts for large language models (LLMs), automating their evaluation, and building tools to version, track, and scale them in production.

This is a challenging role that requires expertise in prompt engineering, LLMOps, and multi-agent orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prompt Design: Design and refine prompts for GPT, Claude, LLaMA, and other frontier LLMs.
  • Prompt Chain Building: Build structured prompt chains for agentic workflows, retrieval, summarization, classification, and reasoning.
  • Automated Evaluation: Implement automated evaluation pipelines to test prompt quality, accuracy, latency, and safety.
  • Prompt Versioning: Manage prompt versioning with reproducible metadata and performance diffing.
  • Prompt Hardening: Harden prompts against injection, hallucination, and failure cases using safety guardrails and fallback flows.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product, MLOps, and backend teams to integrate prompts in full-stack AI systems.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing and experiments using tools like LangSmith, TruLens, or custom eval harnesses.
  • Cost Optimization: Optimize prompt cost vs. output quality tradeoffs.
  • Prompt Libraries: Create libraries and templates for reusable, scalable prompt patterns across use cases.
