
Senior Regulatory Affairs Lead

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and organizing data received from relevant departments at specified time intervals to prepare and file tariff petitions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of Transmission and Distribution (T&D) cost annexures for revenue requirement petitions, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Manage data for OGRA's Annual Report, highlighting key findings and trends.
- Evaluate efficiency benchmarking on HR Cost, doubtful debts, UFG etc in accordance with OGRA's policies, procedures and guidelines, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR Department and Payroll section to develop financial projections for HR Cost, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Supervise UFG Audit in respect of KMI and other parameters in accordance with UFG Benchmark, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Provide support to the Legal Department regarding OGRA related Court Cases relating to revenue requirements, Price Notifications etc, contributing to a favorable outcome.
- Monitor risks and response strategies under their management, mitigating potential threats to the organization.
- CA / ACMA with 4 years of post-qualification experience or ACCA with 6 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Framework is considered an added advantage.
- To oversee the whole process of managing company documents.
- To supervise workers and provide training as necessary.
- To manage risk by preparing and implementing plans.
- A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- At least five years of experience working in a similar field.
