Childcare Specialist

The Senior Occupational Therapist will work with children in the paediatric department, developing individualized therapy plans and conducting regular assessments to monitor progress or decline.

• Develop tailored treatment plans for patients
• Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations
• Train parents and lead group sessions
• Provide training on standardized tests and treatment plan development
• Maintain accurate patient records and educational plans

• Participate in conferences, seminars, and lectures

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• At least 3-4 years of experience working with children in a healthcare setting
• Strong assessment and recording skills
• Knowledge of counselling and healthcare techniques
• Ability to formulate care plans and deliver complex care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
