Job Specification

The Central Procurement Officer will be responsible for supervising and participating in the preparation of written financial and administrative reports. The role also involves establishing priorities, assigning workloads, and reviewing complex assignments.

The officer will interpret contract provisions and review contracts for accuracy and changes prior to renewal. Additionally, the officer will be responsible for monitoring storeroom stocks and initiating orders within established guidelines.

Requirements
  • Command over MS-Office
  • Able to review purchase requisitions for proper authorization
  • Able to identify potential suppliers and issue requests for quotations

The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
