Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, optimize logistics processes, lead a warehouse team, and ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities and manage a team of warehouse staff.
  • Plan, organize, and manage overall warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and review performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels, including receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods.
  • Liaise with customers, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in similar position
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
  • Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration
  • Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems
