Key Responsibilities

The Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth research on organizations and identifying ideal professionals to reach out to for one-hour consultations.

They will analyze the product/service, understand the research objectives, and based on this, identify and reach out to target professionals using various tools.

Communication may involve LinkedIn messages, emails, and occasionally cold calls—so strong speaking and interpersonal skills are required.

Once a respondent agrees, the Analyst will coordinate their availability and schedule the consultation with our client.

They must maintain a high standard of English—both written and spoken—as they'll be engaging with global professionals, often at the C-suite or director level.

The Analyst will also be encouraged to critically assess internal processes and propose improvements, ideally through automation tools like Power Automate or Make.com.

Given our startup nature, the Analyst may be assigned cross-functional responsibilities—if they have a background in finance, marketing, HR, or business development, they may rotate through these departments based on their performance and interest.
