Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to manage our recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of recruitment strategies and HR practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with department heads, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment metrics and reports, assisting in employer branding initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and supporting the HR team in other related tasks.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring progress and improve processes.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment activities.
  • Support the HR team in other related tasks as needed.
