Job Title: Store Pharmacist

Store Pharmacists play a critical role in managing the pharmaceutical supply chain, ensuring seamless storage, organization, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Efficiently organize and manage raw, packing material, and finished goods stores to minimize storage space.
  2. Implement proper labeling and locking systems in the warehouse, maintaining accurate checklists covering all critical parameters.
  3. Reconcile stock with production, identifying and addressing discrepancies in a timely manner, and conduct monthly cycle counts.
  4. Issue raw and packing materials to manufacturing against work orders, adhering to strict quality control measures and lead times.
  5. Ensure materials are utilized before expiry and coordinate inventory clean-up of obsolete or unusable materials after approval.
  6. Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to reduce SLOB, damages, and expiries through effective communication and problem-solving.
  7. Maintain compliance with CGMP requirements and adhere to Quality Management Systems standards.
  8. Perform additional tasks assigned by top management and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and health, safety, and environmental policies.

A candidate with a strong background in pharmacy and 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, possessing knowledge of warehousing, ERP systems, and inventory management.
