We are looking for a vibrant and energetic Manager – Supply Chain & Business Development to join our team at Novaplast Custom Molders, a leading auto parts manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient supply chain SOPs, while also driving new business opportunities in the B2B sector. This role combines operational leadership with business growth initiatives, making it perfect for someone who is both process-driven and commercially focused. Prior experience in the auto parts manufacturing industry will be a strong advantage, enabling faster adaptation to industry standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve Supply Chain SOPs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor management to streamline operations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new B2B business opportunities, especially within the auto parts sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain and business development goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth areas.
  • Ensure timely reporting and analysis of supply chain and sales performance.

Qualification:
