Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the electrical, mechanical, and civil works of buildings.

The individual will be responsible for managing electrical maintenance operations, working on electric networks and wires, ensuring lighting systems are functioning properly.

They must provide engineering support by responding to requests for mechanical and electrical problems, troubleshoot breakdowns, maintain supplies, perform preventive equipment maintenance, and call for repairs when necessary.

Safety management is also a critical aspect of this position, as well as the operation and maintenance of power generators, chillers, air conditioning units, and lifts.

The person in this role will also be responsible for looking after the HVAC system and air-cooled reciprocating compressor.
