We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in training, development, relationship management, project execution, or business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement training programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Deliver leadership and development programs for corporate clients, ensuring alignment with company values.
  3. Execute training activities assigned by the organization or conceived at the departmental level.
  4. Maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring offerings meet expectations.
  5. Facilitate the process of obtaining internal approvals for training activities through proper channels.
  6. Represent the organization within and outside, including visiting or arranging meetings as required.
  7. Conduct needs assessments and stay updated on industry trends to keep program content relevant and impactful.
  8. Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for programs and events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  9. Monitor and report on program effectiveness, participant satisfaction, and KPIs, providing insights for improvement.
  10. Update records for compliance and provide information to other departments or external bodies.
  11. Provide regular updates and presentations on initiatives' progress and impact, focusing on client relationships.
  12. Maintain records of activities and submit monthly reports through proper channels.
  13. Manage operations support staff and ensure smooth functioning of internal systems.
