We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our search engine optimization strategy and build a high-performing SEO team. This night shift role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving organic growth.
- The ideal candidate will develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- They will conduct in-depth keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO best practices.
- Lead technical SEO audits and optimize website performance.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Built and manage a team of SEO specialists, guiding them toward achieving key objectives.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with SEO goals.
- Develop a strong backlink profile using ethical, white-hat strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Five years of hands-on SEO experience with a successful track record.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Prior experience in hiring, managing, and leading an SEO team.
