About the RoleA Senior Technical Support Specialist is sought to join our team, providing top-notch assistance across multiple offices and markets.
- Provide technical support for IT systems and services, including customer call centers.
- Resolve hardware and software incidents, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1st-3rd level support for IT systems and services, including Customer Call Center.
- Log and track incidents via Jira, following incident management processes and resolving issues within SLAs.
- Work on IT service requests to reduce support queues, providing remote support via Slack and logging incidents on behalf of end-users.
- Communicate critical issues to IT leadership and stakeholders, ensuring visibility and awareness.
- Perform daily checks on IT infrastructure, ensuring uptime for network performance, WiFi, Zoom rooms, Business applications, Datacenter, etc.
- Support Call Center with technical assistance, configuring and delivering required hardware devices.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Installation of new hardware, software, and printers.
- Implement and assist in rolling out new applications and operating systems.
- Prepare new laptops, install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications for new joiners.
- Work with HR for leavers' processes, disabling account access, collecting HW devices, revoking application licenses, and uninstalling software.
- Coordinate with local suppliers for asset management/tagging and tracking.
- Provide assistance to colleagues with technology-related issues.
- Meeting room support for tele/video conference solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Problem Management to review recurring issues, highlight problems, and provide workarounds.
- Change Management to assess/minimize impacts on production services, communicate disruptions to users.
- Work closely with the Information Security team to ensure security policies and best practices are up-to-date and enforced.
- Enforce IT policies, educate users on best practices, protect data, software, and hardware to local IT infrastructure.
- Ensure continuous improvement, responsible for infrastructure projects, timely rollout of new applications, hardware, and security releases.
