We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our business initiatives, drive financial performance, and develop strategic plans.

This critical role will support senior leadership in managing cross-functional projects, requiring expertise in project management, analytical skills, and strategic insight to inform executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate high-level meetings by documenting actionable items and tracking progress on critical tasks across departments to ensure alignment with company goals, addressing bottlenecks to meet milestones on time.
  • Analyze financial performance to provide actionable insights, prepare reports and KPIs for data-driven decisions, and identify risks and opportunities to enhance overall performance.
  • Evaluate business plans for financial feasibility, develop models to assess opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize resource allocation.
  • Streamline project tracking and documentation using structured methodologies, maintain clear records of milestones, and ensure consistent communication across departments.
  • Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and stakeholders, facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, and provide regular updates on project progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • MBA in Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, financial analysis, or related disciplines.
  • Proven expertise in managing cross-functional projects and delivering results in dynamic environments.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to independently provide unbiased insights and recommendations.
