To support this effort, we are seeking a highly skilled telemedicine expert to conduct a comprehensive scoping review of existing telemedicine platforms, referral pathways, and digital health infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • To identify successful approaches and operational, regulatory, and service delivery gaps in various regions of Pakistan, informing the design of a unified and scalable telemedicine model.
  • To develop a strategic framework for implementing an integrated, equity-focused telemedicine initiative in Punjab, incorporating design recommendations, interoperability requirements, and a conceptual monitoring framework aligned with Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and Primary Healthcare (PHC) reform priorities.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Public Health, Health Policy, or a related field.
  • 15+ years' overall experience, with expertise in institutional design and multisectoral reforms.
  • Strong systems thinking and integration capabilities.
