Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Management HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our HR department, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals, fostering a positive employee experience, and driving organizational excellence through effective talent management strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring HR initiatives support overall business goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Develop strategies for talent assessment, succession planning, and career development.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and employees, guiding HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage HR operations including payroll, compliance, HRIS, and policies/procedures. Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement. Implement change management strategies when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive SR. HR experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
