We are seeking an experienced IT Lead Generation Specialist who can bring in high-quality leads for software development and IT services. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to try new approaches.
This role involves guiding our lead generation efforts, helping our sales team connect with the right clients, and shaping the future of our growth strategy.
Main Responsibilities:- Use proven experience to source high-quality leads for software development and IT services.
- Select the most effective platforms, tools, and strategies to find the ideal clients.
- Contribute to improving and expanding our outreach using successful past methods.
- Work closely with our sales team to close deals.
- Analyze results and provide guidance on what to do more of.
- Share expertise to scale successful strategies.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on lead generation experience, preferably for software companies or IT service providers.
- Brought in paying clients through proven strategies like Upwork, LinkedIn, cold email, or other successful approaches.
- Strong communication skills to craft effective outreach messages.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to try new approaches and double down on successful strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, and lead management systems.
