Executive Retail Development Position

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our retail development initiatives in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree preferably BBA (Hons) / MBA in Marketing and at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the Oil Marketing sector.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading oil marketing activities and achieving company targets while adhering to SOPs and policies.
  • Key responsibilities include network planning through competitor sale analysis, effective negotiation skills, pipeline project planning, and developing strong business relations with the dealer network.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of field experience in sales/development within a reputed OMC.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication for internal and external correspondence.
  • Assessing feasibility of new sites based on financial metrics like IRR, payback period, and NPV, along with margins and return on investment.
  • Suggesting new policies based on market intelligence, including tripartite and franchisee agreements.
  • Developing CAPEX plans.
