Sales Representative Scheduling Coordinator
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the schedules of our Sales Representatives by scheduling appointments.
The main objective of this role is to book as many virtual appointments as possible for the Sales Representative to meet with clients on Zoom. This is a critical step in our sales process, and we need someone who can efficiently manage their time and prioritize tasks effectively.
All leads to dial on will be provided, so there will no prospecting required. These calls will not be cold calls, but rather follow-up conversations with existing leads. Your goal will be to have a conversation with these leads, using scripts and training provided, and book an appointment based on a time suitable for both the client and the Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls to book appointments on provided leads
- Use software properly to make detailed comments on leads to keep a record of the conversation with clients
- Submit daily end-of-day reports on progress and weekly reports (must be done on time)
- Maintain consistent communication with the representative and team during working hours
- Achieve a target of 12-15+ appointments booked weekly, with a minimum of 8-10+ that show up
- Complete 15-20+ dials every hour
- Complete a training program
- Pass through a recruiting process (phone call interview, live role-play & training)
Work Schedule:
This role requires a commitment of at least 6 hours per shift, with a 30-hour weekly commitment. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 9 PM EST (Toronto Time). Timing may be flexible, but 6 hours daily is the minimum requirement.
