- At least 2 years of experience within a B2C Sales or Client Onboarding role, ideally within the Consulting industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of onboarding processes.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in changing environments.
- Highly goal-driven and effective in fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-standard work.
