Procurement Manager Role

This position involves overseeing the purchase of materials and equipment. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Manufacturing is required. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in purchasing with a proven track record of identifying local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify top suppliers based on value, delivery schedules, and quality.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify potential suppliers, visit existing ones, and build strong relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts, monitor their progress, and ensure high-quality service.
  • Process payments and invoices accurately.
  • Evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in purchasing materials and equipment.
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify both local and international clients.
  • Prior experience working with both local and international clients is essential.
  • Ability to assume responsibility with integrity and competence.
  • Exceptional writing, speaking, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required.
