
Sales & Marketing Coordinator

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to support our B2B operations. As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a pivotal role in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Monitor and respond promptly to all incoming sales and marketing queries (email, web forms, phone).
- Lead Management: Ensure no inquiry slips through the cracks by tracking open items and following up rigorously.
- Prospect Assessment: Assess and score new leads based on defined criteria.
- Campaign Execution: Maintain regular contact with prospects through calls, emails, and personalized outreach.
- Proposal Development: Draft, customize, and submit proposals and quotations in alignment with client requirements.
- Event Coordination: Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate logistics (virtual or on-site).
- Data Tracking: Accurately record all prospect interactions, activity statuses, and next steps in the CRM.
- Performance Reporting: Generate reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or marketing (B2B preferred)
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills
- Organizational Abilities: Organized, responsive, and comfortable multitasking
- CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a strong plus
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and eager to grow within a sales and marketing team
- Educational Background: Bachelor's in Business Development, Marketing or related field
