Senior Building Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Building Manager to oversee the commercial operations of our properties, ensuring smooth delivery of services to all stakeholders. This role involves driving revenue and profitability while implementing sustainable practices.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in commercial property management, with a strong background in overseeing CAM collection, reporting, and defaulter management. They will be responsible for managing customer relations, ensuring high occupancy through short- and long-term rental operations, and handling legal contracts and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee CAM collection, reporting, and defaulter management to ensure timely payment and minimize defaults.
  • Manage customer relations to maintain high occupancy rates through short- and long-term rental operations.
  • Handle legal contracts and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement resident engagement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Head Office on ad hoc commercial assignments and ensure effective communication with residents.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Graduation (preferably Masters) in Management & Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 Years of relevant experience in commercial property management.
  • Location: Lahore.
Negotiation and Partnership:
  • Negotiate terms of tenancy agreements and manage partnerships with clients and tenants.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate value propositions.
