Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in guiding prospective clients through the sales process, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential customers, conducting thorough needs analysis, and presenting and demonstrating products or services. You will also be responsible for developing customized solutions, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets and quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Engage potential customers via various channels, including calls, online interactions, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Presentation and demonstration of products or services.
- Customized solution development to meet customer needs.
- Maintenance of strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Achievement of sales targets and quotas.
- Accurate records maintenance of sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Post-sale support provision to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a specific industry such as real estate, insurance, or retail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
- Strong customer service orientation is critical in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary for achieving sales targets and collaborating with colleagues.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is required.
- A goal-driven mindset with a focus on results-oriented achievements is crucial for success in this position.
