The Customer Success Executive plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving maximum value from our offerings.
Proactively engaging with customers to address issues, provide training and support, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Ensure high customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing customers' needs and goals, becoming their trusted advisor through regular check-ins and business reviews.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present detailed reports on service adoption and usage. Use performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve essential KPIs such as customer satisfaction scores, retention rates, and product usage metrics.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Provide support and training to team members and customers.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Product Knowledge: Develop comprehensive understanding of core services and additional software offerings.
- Technology Utilization: Adoption of existing systems and processes to streamline operations.
- Customer Feedback: Obtain feedback to drive continuous improvement to NPS.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as advocate for the customer within the company, ensuring their needs and feedback are considered.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Customer-driven attitude and strong experience in B2B customer-facing roles, preferably including relationship management.
- Able to deliver quickly in fast-paced environment and independently overcome challenges.
- Positive and collaborative attitude and proven experience in working cross-functionally to drive customer success.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to meet deadlines consistently.
This is a mid-senior level, full-time position requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
