Medical Billing Professional

We are seeking an experienced medical biller to manage the entire billing cycle, from initial patient contact to final payment.

The ideal candidate will have at least six months experience in medical billing, claim follow-up, and insurance calls. Strong verbal communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential for success in this role.

Awareness of all HITECH and HIPAA rules and regulations is required. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred, with a medical background being given preference.

This position involves managing the entire billing cycle, processing claims, handling denials, and appealing decisions. The ability to conduct thorough research and create detailed reports is also necessary.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives is crucial.

Requirements:

  • At least six months experience in medical billing, claim follow-up, and insurance calls
  • Strong verbal communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (medical background preferred)
  • Offshore call center experience a plus
  • Knowledge of medical terminologies and attention to detail essential
