Architectural Technology Vacancy in Gujrat, Pakistan

We are seeking a motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team in Gujrat. In this role, you will assist senior architects with research, drawings, models, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare design proposals and presentations that showcase architectural concepts
  2. Research building materials, construction techniques, and codes to ensure compliance
  3. Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
  4. Collaborate with team members on design concepts and provide input on projects
  5. Support senior architects through meetings and site visits to ensure successful project outcomes
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation
  7. Ensure all projects meet relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
  • Knowledge of architectural principles, materials, and construction methods
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Internship or work experience in an architectural firm is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with local building codes in Gujrat is advantageous
  • Multilingual abilities are beneficial for effective communication with diverse clients and stakeholders
