Architecture Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to oversee and manage architectural projects from concept design to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of architects and designers to deliver projects within budget and on time
  2. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for successful project delivery
  3. Oversee the design process ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
  5. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
  6. Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  7. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to manage project activities
  8. Identify potential risks or issues impacting project delivery and develop contingency plans
  9. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction processes
  • Experience leading a team of architects or designers
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate complex concepts
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
