About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for serving as the technical liaison between our sales professionals and prospective clients.

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to understand client needs and demonstrate how our company's solutions can effectively address those needs. You will work closely with our sales representatives to craft tailored solutions that leverage our CPaaS/SaaS offerings, including AI functionalities.

Your role will involve analyzing customer needs and designing appropriate solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing systems and workflows. You will also develop and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions.

You will assist in the preparation of technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other documentation to support the sales process. Additionally, you will work closely with our product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.

We are looking for an individual who possesses strong communication skills, excellent ability to interface effectively with C-level executives and technical decision-makers, and experience in crafting impactful use cases and customer journeys based on thorough business analysis and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Solution Design: Analyze customer needs and design appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Develop and deliver product demonstrations and PoCs.
  • Technical Documentation: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and other documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.

Requirements:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SaaS and CPaaS architectures, APIs, and integration methods.
  • Ai Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of AI concepts and models, including various Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to interface effectively with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in crafting impactful use cases and customer journeys based on thorough business analysis and customer requirements.
  • Language: Fluency in both English and Urdu at business level.
