We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Development Representative. This role will play a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and driving sales growth.
About the RoleThis is a strategic account executive position based in Pakistan, responsible for finding new clients in the U.S. and Canada. Your success will directly influence our growth by discovering new business opportunities, deriving insights from sales conversations, and testing new sales strategies and data sources.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients via phone and Zoom.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas by managing your pipeline.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with leadership to share insights and strategies.
- Use HubSpot to track and manage client interactions, notes, meetings, and records.
- Engage in continuous learning to improve sales skills and industry knowledge.
- Participate in client-facing activities during EST working hours (Toronto/Washington/NYC).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales/business development with a proven track record.
- Strong negotiation skills for favorable client contracts.
- Experience working with international teams.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and growth in sales.
- Ability to independently manage and grow client accounts.
- Experience with HubSpot and CRM tools for client management.
- Adaptability to remote work and self-motivation to meet targets.
- Ability to communicate effectively with U.S. business executives and build relationships from first contact to deal closure.
- Remote work flexibility in any vibrant city of Pakistan.
- Competitive base salary plus performance-driven commissions.
