Job Title: Business Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our customer relationship management system using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in streamlining sales, marketing, and customer service processes, ensuring smooth operations, and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and will be responsible for managing and configuring the CRM system, analyzing business processes, and recommending improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • CRM Administration: Manage and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, customizations, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using CRM automation, integration, and customization.
  • User Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for CRM users.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing best practices in CRM data governance.
  • Customization & Development: Work with developers to enhance CRM functionality using PowerApps, Power Automate, and custom scripts.
  • Integration: Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other business applications such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure CRM configurations comply with data privacy and security regulations.
