Business Process Workflow Developer

The CRM Specialist will be accountable for collecting, developing and documenting current and future business process workflows.
This encompasses creating clear, concise and comprehensive functional specifications & requirements documents, conducting testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency, training end-user personnel in the effective use of the system, preparing and analyzing data conversion requirements, and importing new contacts into the CRM.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be confident, sharp and proactive, with verbal communication that is clear and hardworking. They will also know how to work collaboratively as a team member and conduct themselves professionally in all interactions.
Essential Responsibilities:
