Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking an accomplished individual to oversee the daily operations of a restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase average meal checks.
  • Manage restaurant finances by preparing forecasts, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Attract and retain patrons through effective marketing campaigns, community relations, and public outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage offerings, and service excellence by monitoring and improving these areas regularly.
  • Lead and develop management staff by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure safe, secure, and healthy facility environments by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with health regulations.
  • Promote company goals by embracing new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years experience in restaurant management, preferably with multi-unit experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to hire, train, and motivate employees.
