Multan Restaurant Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a prestigious restaurant in Multan. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, from menu planning to inventory management.
About the Role:- Create innovative menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and style
- Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering to maintain profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with our management team to plan special events and promotions
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Proven experience as a Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Detailed knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
$1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
