The role of Sales and Business Development Executive in the real estate sector involves providing expert guidance to clients for purchasing properties at the right price with optimal terms. This includes determining clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose tailored solutions.

A key aspect of this position is offering advice on property features, financing options, and market trends. The executive must also facilitate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and honest dealings.

Another critical responsibility is performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value. Additionally, the sales executive will develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

In order to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction, strong relationships with clients need to be built and maintained. Collaboration with the marketing team to implement innovative promotional strategies is also essential.

Last but not least, maintaining, promoting, and updating listings of available properties through approved social media channels requires regular attention.
