The successful candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive business plans and strategies, ensuring they are effectively communicated and adopted across the organization. They will collaborate with stakeholders from various regions and departments to ensure cohesive strategy development and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement IT strategies that align with business goals.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans.">
  • Analyze and evaluate innovative IT initiatives and propose recommendations for implementation.">
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and success of IT initiatives.">
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.">
  • Act as a liaison between the IT Planning Team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.">
  • Manage IT-related meetings and committees, leading and coordinating IT strategies across APAC managements.">
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.">
  • Lead and mentor a small team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.">

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT planning, including 3 years in strategic planning within the business domain with experience in IT initiatives and collaboration with IT departments.">
  • Experience in IT planning methodologies, tools, and best practices.">
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.">
