ERP Implementation Specialist

We seek an experienced professional to support the implementation of enterprise resource planning systems. This includes ensuring successful configuration, testing, and deployment of software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably next-generation ERPs or similar reputable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend system solutions.
  • Configure ERP modules based on business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and develop system specifications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users during implementation and post-go live.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, collaborating with vendors when necessary.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, support, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, accounting, and operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong documentation and training skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
