Job Description

About the Role:

As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee the strategic marketing direction and lead a team in creating engaging events that electrify our territory for all adrenaline-pumping brands.

You will be responsible for executing events at all levels, from grassroots to large-scale activations, for sports and culture relevant to Monster Energy and its key targeted consumers.

Additionally, you will entrench the Monster Energy Portfolio in local sport and culture scenes relevant to key targeted consumers, develop and maintain relationships with opinion leaders in your market for image building scenes in sport, music, and culture, and share and test ideas on the ground at events during interaction with opinion leaders for potential with the marketing team.

Further, you will activate and leverage global, national, and regional events and properties that fit within established local market business plans, ensure that all branding/ logo use is acceptable at events and activations, approved under the direction of the Director of Marketing, carry out large-scale event-based product sampling operations, control assigned budget for both brands, and grow social media fans in YouTube and TikTok through different activities or promotions.
