Job Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Training & Development Manager to drive employee growth and development initiatives. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in shaping our learning and development culture.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for organizational learning, and a proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies to enhance employee performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skills gaps across departments.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between training and business objectives.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Monitor training participation, progress, and outcomes using LMS.
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development or a similar HR role.
  • Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
