Job Summary

About the Role

This position plays a crucial role in providing an effective Human Resources administration service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating HR recruitment systems, ensuring accurate HR records, and providing HR reports as required.

Main Responsibilities
  • To act as a first point of contact for all customers to the Human Resources team.
  • To provide administrative support for the HR Department, including sorting post, telephone answering, and devising standard Human Resources documents and letters.
  • To ensure that the HR service complies with safer recruitment practices and compliance and right to work.
  • To administer the process for new employees and interns, preparing contracts, offer letters, intern agreements, and processing all pre-employment checks.
  • To maintain an up-to-date Procedures Manual for all HR Administration duties.
