Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven professional to serve as Assistant Manager in Quality Assurance. The selected candidate will assist the Head of Department in implementing and monitoring our Quality Management System, ensuring seamless execution of quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor our Quality Management System (QMS) to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures to minimize defects and variations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (excluding Civil and Electrical Engineering) with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 from a reputable institution.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automobile parts quality assurance and inspection.
