We're seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee daily operations, ensure top-quality service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the daily operations of the restaurant, guaranteeing exceptional customer service.
  • Lead and train the service and kitchen team to maintain high standards of hospitality and hygiene.
  • Maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and control food and beverage costs effectively.
  • Prepare reports on sales and inventory, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers for timely procurement of quality goods.
  • Monitor staff performance, create duty rosters, and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, fostering a positive reputation.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory and cost management systems is essential.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
  • A graduate degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (Hotel Management or Culinary Arts) is preferred.
