Job Title: Senior IT System Administrator

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT System Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to ensure the seamless functioning of IT systems and non-cloud based infrastructure.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard the organization's technology infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain technical administrative processes that support existing and new application services and capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exchange Online, Mail clients (Outlook, Outlook for Mac, Lotus Notes, IMAP, POP3, Mobile Devices)
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Client, Server)
  • Windows configuration and automation
  • Networking concepts, TCP/IP (DHCP, DNS, Routing)
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technology qualification

Certifications:

MCSE, MCSA
