IT Infrastructure Management Expertise: Manage Complex EnvironmentsAs a skilled IT infrastructure management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our multi-location network infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain a secure and robust LAN/WAN network across all locations.
  • Perform regular network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Administer core network devices, including Cisco Switches, Firewalls, and Ruckus APS.
  • Manage NAS servers for centralized storage and data integrity.
  • Possess deep knowledge of Exchange Online for managing email flow, security, compliance, and user mailboxes.
  • Support cloud-based ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with other IT systems.
  • Utilize strong Oracle database administration skills.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in database performance monitoring and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Develop comprehensive IT documentation, including network diagrams and operational procedures.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical expert with proven experience in managing complex IT environments, including network hardware, cloud systems, and enterprise servers. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of technology operations across all company locations.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years progressive experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Hands-on technical expertise in managing multi-site network infrastructure.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches and firewalls.
  • Managing Ruckus wireless systems or similar enterprise Wi-Fi solutions.
  • Administering NAS devices (Synology, QNAP, or enterprise-grade).
  • In-depth administration of Microsoft Exchange Online.
  • Supporting cloud-based ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
