Are you a marketing professional looking to advance your career in brand development? We are seeking an experienced Brand Development Executive to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end NPI projects, managing project portfolios, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business cases for NPI projects.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring accurate tracking and risk escalation.
  • Enhance project agility through collaboration with NPI managers.
  • Own the development of packaging AWs aligned with strategic guidelines.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to follow up on packaging AW adaptations.
  • Collaborate with category teams to develop and submit project briefs.
  • Maintain dashboards to monitor project progress and performance.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews to evaluate success and gather insights.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or brand roles.
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
