Online Shop Business Manager

Description

We are seeking a professional Online Shop Manager with E Commerce experience to run an online shop by carrying out online marketing plans and daily operation to boost site traffic and generate sales.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and implement online shop business plans.
  • Process daily orders and responsible for the sales and profits of the e-store.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.
  • Communicate, execute, and manage e-marketing plans in cooperation with other team members who have been in charge of different e-marketing channels such as social media (Facebook/Twitter), or search engine optimization.
  • Keep close contact with suppliers and maintain adequate store supplies.
  • Manage all store operational issues, including store housekeeping, stored ministration duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
  • Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up.
  • Responsible for preparation of work schedules.
  • Analyzes procurement activities and recommends improvement through more efficient procurement methods, quantity discounts, and standardization and value analysis.
  • Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with vendors and fosters relations between suppliers.
  • To assist in the selection of appropriate products, in order to enhance sales.
Requirements
  • At least 01 year work experience in similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programs.
  • Candidate must have expertise in SEO, SMO, SEM marketing as well.
  • Demonstrated understanding of online marketing.
