Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development

Our team is looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Gathering and analyzing client requirements is crucial in this position. You will work with best clients on great projects, learning new things every day. Code quality, contributions, challenges, and successes are all celebrated here.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement custom CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Analyze client requirements to provide the best possible solutions.
  • Understand and utilize OOB components of CRM's as well as extensions like code.
  • Estimate efforts around multiple approaches and narrate pros & cons for implementation.
  • Develop and customize various CRM components including entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, and dashboards.
  • Implement integrations with external systems using CRM SDK.
  • Be involved in development using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Database, and ADO.NET.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in the CRM system ensuring high system availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, testing teams, and other stakeholders for successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Full understanding of Microsoft's Modules like Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing before needing any extended customization.
  • Effective communication skills down and up the responsibility hierarchy for smoother delivery.
  • Ability to build D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Ability to build and release solutions.
  • Technical documentation writing skills in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Banking experience preferred.
  • Optionally develop Web resource, PowerApp apps, and PowerBI reports.
